That’s why iGo Motors offers the iStash Program — a vehicle-specific repair savings account designed to help you cover unexpected repairs with confidence. For just $20 per week, iStash members receive free oil changes at iGo Motors, $150 tow reimbursement, and access to zero-percent financing on qualifying repair balances. Any unused funds even apply toward your loan payoff, helping you move forward financially.
What Is Not Covered Under the Included Warranty
The included warranty is limited to the components listed above. The following items, conditions, and circumstances are not covered:
General Exclusions
- Incidental or consequential damages
- Loss of vehicle use
- Property damage or personal injury
- Vehicles used for commercial, rental, or delivery purposes
- Vehicles with voided or revoked manufacturer warranties
Non-Covered Components
- Any component not listed under “What’s Covered”
- Parts functioning within manufacturer tolerances
- Repairs exceeding what is required to fix the covered failure
- Modified or aftermarket components
Maintenance & Wear Items
- Alignments and wheel balancing
- Fuel system cleaning
- Manufacturer-required maintenance
- Maintenance items: spark plugs, PCV valves, filters, belts, hoses, brake linings, CV joint seals, clutch linings, fasteners, etc.
Owner Neglect or Damage
Breakdowns resulting from:
- Lack of proper maintenance
- Incorrect or contaminated fluids
- Overheating
- Abuse, negligence, or improper load capacity
- Collision or road hazard
- Fire, flood, riot, or other casualty events
Insurance & Overlapping Coverage
- Manufacturer recalls
- Any breakdown covered by insurance
- Repairer’s guarantees
- Components covered under separate warranties
Other Limitations
- Odometer tampering

How long does the included warranty last?
The included warranty provides 6 months or 6,000 miles of protection, whichever comes first. This coverage applies to qualifying vehicles and begins on the date of purchase. It is designed to provide peace of mind during the early stages of ownership when unexpected repairs are most disruptive.
What is the deductible for warranty repairs?
Each approved warranty claim includes a $100 deductible. This amount is paid directly to the repair facility at the time of service. After the deductible is met, the remaining cost of repair covered under the warranty terms is handled through the warranty program.
Where can I take my vehicle for warranty repairs?
Repairs must be performed by a licensed repair facility to qualify for warranty coverage. Repairs completed at unlicensed shops, or self-performed repairs, are not eligible for reimbursement under the terms of the included warranty.
Can I extend my coverage beyond the included warranty?
Yes. You may upgrade to the optional 24 month / 24,000 mile Extended Service Contract, which offers expanded protection and additional covered components. This upgrade can be selected at the time of purchase or discussed with your iGo Motors representative.
What happens if a non-covered component fails?
If a part not listed under “What’s Covered” fails, the repair would not qualify under the included warranty. However, customers enrolled in the iStash Program may use their iStash funds to pay for repairs and finance any remaining balance at zero percent interest.
Is towing included in the included warranty?
Towing is not included in the included warranty. However, customers with active iStash accounts may qualify for tow reimbursement as part of the iStash benefits program.
